I first started working on bikes in 1986 when the then owner of The Chain Gang Bike Shop in Redding CA let me start helping out around the shop to work toward a new mountain bike. I don’t have that bike anymore but I do have the love of bikes I learned from the men and women at the shop. Until we opened MJ’s in 2013 I had never had a paying job in the industry.
